Due to the small size of our lodge, cancellations significantly affect us. Please check your dates carefully. Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the reservation will be refunded the full deposit minus 10% to cover credit card processing fees. The deposit is non-refundable after this time. If you do not show up for your reservation, you are responsible for the full cost of your reservation. We do not accept cancellations due to weather, sickness or illnesses.
Deposits will be charged to your credit card on file 14 days prior to your reservation. The amount of a 1-night stay plus tax and fees will be collected. For stays longer than 3 nights, a deposit equal to the amount of 2 nights stay plus tax and fees is required.
The credit card used to pay for the deposit, will be the credit card we process for the balance due the morning of check-in.
