It has been Skyport Lodges policy that weekend reservations require a two-night stay. This year we encourage a two-night minimum stay throughout the week as well. This will help reduce the number of weekly guests and will give our cleaners more time to clean each room between stays.
As a best practice, and in the best interest of you, your loved ones, and our staff, we are asking you to bring your own pillows and pillowcases during your next trip. If you are unable to bring your own pillow, please notify the front desk before your arrival.
It is Skyport Lodges responsibility to maintain an appropriate level of hygiene. In each of our three rooms that do not offer kitchens, The Cozy Queen, The Single Queen, and The Two Queen Bed Guest Room, expect to see freshly sanitized products to make your stay more comfortable; drinking glasses, ceramic mugs, spoons, creamer cups, sugars and soup cups for the oatmeal provided. Additional product requests can be directed to the reservation desk.
We have been working with our suppliers to ensure that our lodge rooms, cabins, and public spaces use recommended anti-bacterial and virus-killing products. We have implemented new covid-19 cleaning procedures such as increased cleaning frequency of public areas, and extra disinfection of top 10 high touch areas in guest rooms.
If you are sick or have had contact with someone who is sick, please do not go out in public. Contact your local clinic for advice on what to do next.
We ask that you wait a couple of weeks before you visit us.
Why not stay awhile and get to know us better! Extending your stay will not only be beneficial to your mental well-being but it will also allow you dive a little deeper and explore the wonders of our area.
The playground will be sterilized on a daily basis. You will be playing at your own risk. Social distancing is recommended.
Check-in will take place in the office entrance. There you will find your keys hanging with a note on a tag board explaining how to locate your room. On the day you depart, please leave your room unlocked and the key on the counter. We will email you a summary of charges.
